Leadership empowered to propel NASP toward a bold future.
The National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), founded in 1985 is the preeminent securities organization for minorities and women in the country.
NASP has been the leader in the financial industry for over 34 years assisting people of color and women to achieve inclusion in the financial services industry. NASP is exceptionally well-positioned to remain a national leader advocating for the interests of minorities and women in the securities industry.
NASP has been successful at: connecting members to industry leaders and business opportunities; advocating for policies that create equal representation and inclusion; providing educational opportunities; and working to build awareness of the value of ensuring that people of color and women are included in all aspects of the financial services industry.
Reporting to the board of directors the Executive Director (CEO) holds responsibility for the overall active management and direction of the programs, activities, business operations, and other affairs of NASP. NASP is a complex institution with an impressive range of activities, requirements, and perspectives.
