TFX is the operational arm of the FXLM/TTS partnership, co-developed to facilitate bundled FX and TTS cross border payment solutions with "embedded" FX. The TFX Global Head is responsible for the global strategy, governance and oversight of the FX execution performed for Citi's Transactional FX ("TFX") Business. This is a strategic role to drive client value through Citi's cross border payments business by partnering with product teams in the development and commercialization of key capabilities to deliver Citi's cross border payment platform of the future.
The Global TFX Head role will be responsible for:- (1) Leadership and oversight of the Global TFX Desks in Buffalo, Singapore and Dublin and Global GTT business in London, NY and Singapore (2) Defining the strategic vision of the TFX business to align and deliver against the cross border payment platform re-architecture project (Voyager) (3) Partner with FXLM and TTS Product to solve for TTS and FXLM joint intersections in our client's payments journey to help shape, define and lay the future rails of the business (4) Define the key business requirements that converts the vision into a deliverable reality with the client firmly at the centre of the value proposition (5) Seamless integration of TTS and Markets (FXLM) platforms to meet the above objectives and deliver exceptional client experience (6) Assess and enhance the TFX governance framework to harmonise risk and controls standards across FXLM and TTS and ensure full compliance with regulatory and business requirements (7) Manage market risk model between TTS, FXLM and CEP and other Citi legal entities to ensure necessary limits are established and governed per requirements of country and legal vehicle (8) Understand operational risks inherent in the cross-border payments business and define automation or process solutions to mitigate these risks (9) Serve as the product specialist for client pitches, regulatory and audit reviews

Proven track record of leading complex business with multiple stakeholders and delivering against strategic objectives
Firm understanding of the underlying market, conduct and regulatory risks in the business and associated controls to mitigate these
Strong knowledge of transaction banking, awareness of the changing payment landscape and the impacts and opportunities that these trends present
In depth knowledge of our existing cross border payment platforms, CBFT and Worldlink
In depth knowledge of our eFX channels, including Velocity, CitiFX Pulse, Instant FX, API and the offering within each channel
In depth knowledge of FX products, including spot, forwards, NDFs and swaps
Effective people manager with experience of managing complex teams across multiple geographies
Effective communicator able to coherently deliver the strategic vision across ICG
Creative with a track record of innovation
