BASF's Catalyst Division is the world's leading supplier of environmental and process catalysts. Our Precious Metals Business is a Global Business Unit, headquartered outside of New York City in Iselin, NJ with operations in North America, Europe, and China.
We are seeking a professional like you who will be responsible for the Program Management Office (PMO) in driving a business transformation. The role will support the regular cadence of ideation, tracking, and governance, and partner with business leadership, internal and external management consultant teams, as well as controlling to drive a successful transformation.
In this role, you will be highly focused, driving the analysis in our tools and templates required to gather insights for CCM/R leadership to govern an effective program and the overall business. You will support approximately nine work stream leaders to help them drive performance management in their organization. You will create and maintain project summaries, supporting the critical needs of keeping the project team on task, on time, and organized throughout the life cycle of each project work stream. Your work will be the framework driving transparency to senior executives to steer and manage the program.

Leveraging your prior experience in management consulting or investment banking, you will support cross-functional program transparency for our transformation program in BASF Precious Metals Catalysts Business.
As a leader, you will assume ownership for program management tools, drive and own them, including maintenance and continuous improvement.
Utilizing your robust analytical skills, you will partner with program leadership to synthesize data and cull insights on a weekly basis to effectively steer the program.
Successfully collaborating inside the organization, you will engage with workstream leads and measure owners to understand discrepancies between submitted data and analytical outputs.
Communicating effectively across the business, you will partner with program leadership to mine insights and help the business steer a successful program.
Understanding end to end product logistics, where a background in Lean Six-Sigma would be beneficial to your continued growth
