| Posting Number 2018-4715 Location US-NY-New York Posted Date 2018-06-22 Union N/A School/Division NYU IT (WS1170) Department Name : Development and Technical FT/PT Full-Time Position Summary Provide technical development and back-end programming in support of the NYU's Digital Communications Group, the unit responsible for managing NYU's overall web presence and applications of the web within NYU using the Adobe AEM web CMS (Content Management System) that powers 200+ administrative offices and 4 school websites of NYU. Additionally, contribute towards our group's initiatives to build a Drupal-based web CMS service that can better pool NYU community development talent within a governance and standards-based framework. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer or information science or a related subject. Preferred Education: Adobe AEM Developer training. Required Experience: 3 years' relevant experience working with web development technology and systems integration or equivalent combination. Must include experience with the Adobe AEM web CMS. Preferred Experience: Experience in Drupal web development. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of web development using Adobe AEM and its technology stack of Apache Sling, Java, OSGi, JCR, etc. Knowledge and experience in DevOpps methods and tools such as Github, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, etc. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of web development using Drupal and its technology stack of PHP, Apache, MySQL, etc. Additional Information EOE/AA/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity PI107234530
