Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in special education and contribute to the development of online and hybrid special education courses. Participate in program development, accreditation processes, and faculty governance. Supervise teacher candidates in public schools, advise undergraduate and graduate students using the belonging mindset approach, and collaborate with programs and units within St. Cloud State and with community partners.

Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
Minimum of three years licensed, contractual, full-time teaching in K-12 special education with emotional/behavioral disorders, intellectual disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses effectively.
Experience supervising or working with teacher candidates during field experiences or student teaching.
Experience with online course delivery and use of technology in teaching.
Evidence of the ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Minimum of three years licensed, contractual, full-time teaching in K-12 reading classroom.
Background in bilingual education or English as a second language instruction and demonstrated effective experience working with dual-language learners.
Experience with program development and evaluation.
