This role is responsible to assist the Regional Head of Diversity and Inclusion on strategy and implementation. Working within the Asia ex-Japan (AEJ) Human Resources in Hong Kong and Singapore, this role reports into the Regional Head of Diversity (based in Singapore) .

Assist the Regional Head of Diversity & Inclusion to design and drive the annual D&I strategy for the region ensuring alignment with business priorities and annual budget
Conduct research and benchmarking on best practice and present recommendations to the D&I Council on integrating diversity
Provide analysis on diversity and demographic trends to ensure our people reflect our community and to strengthen our talent pipeline through development of strategies that support an inclusive approach to talent management and development.
Maintain and develop networks with diversity and inclusion related organizations and agencies to stay current with trends and regulations
Assist in the development and facilitation of diversity seminars, workshops and training for all employees.
Identify opportunities to improve employee awareness of key diversity issues through the creation and delivery of manager and employee training, strategically constructed communications, high-impact presentations and relevant stakeholder engagement
Consult with employees on D&I matters providing policy information and benchmark data
Represent the firm at interbank and cross-industry events as and when needed
Assist with other projects/events and training coordination within the Human Resources function.
Key Experience & Skills
3 + years of relevant experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Training or Human Resources
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field desirable
Proven experience and knowledge in diversity & inclusion initiatives
Project and Program management experience desirable
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong coordination skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation desirable
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
