If you have strong technical auditing skills and advisory capability in project/programme assurance, agile and waterfall development methodologies and general IT security and controls (particularly around Cloud, Cyber-Security and/or Data Analytics), you could be the Senior Assurance Advisor Transformation we are looking for. The Assurance team's services are designed to support ACC to achieve its strategic and operational objectives.
Your day to day work will involve responsibility for assurance over assigned project development activities, with an emphasis on design assurance, ensuring that potential solutions are fit for purpose, are planned well to set out the objectives and milestones necessary for a successful implementation; and pre-implementation reviews, ensuring that all testing and pre go-live activities have been successfully completed, so that everything is ready and works as expected when systems go live.
You will also be involved in a wide range of IT audit assignments as required across current systems/environments.
You'll be an inquisitive, critical thinker who is able to communicate across different business groups and stakeholders, some who may be extremely technical and some who are not technical. Having previous experience as a Project/IT Auditor would be advantageous, as would any exposure to Agile.
Your ability and experience working in IT Audit, particularly being able to take the lead on assigned reviews, will help you achieve the positive outcomes we're striving for. In return, you will be exposed to leading edge technologies that will serve you well in the future, including advanced data analytics, robotics and AI, with mentoring from a very experienced and skilled Management team.
