Good Samaritan Hospital, a member of Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Patient Services who will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, evaluate and provide clinical direction and supervision of patient care for the Certified Home Health Agency Program.
Candidates must have New York State RN licensure (or eligibility); two years’ experience as a supervising community health RN or two years of home care nursing experience; and a BSN (master’s degree in nursing, public health, business administration or another health-related field preferred). Five years of experience in a certified home health agency (CHHA) or long-term home healthcare program (LTHHCP), with two years of experience as a supervising community health nurse in a CHHA or LTHHCP, is preferred.
