We Offer The Risk Identification and Assessment (Risk ID) function is responsible for producing material risk inventories for the Global Markets and Investment Banking Capital Markets business divisions, globally, as well as the U.S. Intermediate Holding Company ("IHC") and select CS AG Branches. The Risk ID Team's focus is coordination with all CRO/CFO Department Heads as well as Business CEOs, COOs, and CROs to evaluate a comprehensive taxonomy of risks using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The Function also officiates senior governing body meetings, defines standards and controls, analyzes new business proposals for potential impact, and provides Capital Plan narratives and supporting documentation for the U.S. IHC.

The Analyst will Execute the Risk ID Process, including daily engagement with an Assistant Vice President. Specifically:
Quarterly consolidation of assessment information, and performance of related controls/analysis, including all primary risk and finance disciplines.
Market, Credit, Operational and Compliance, Model, Business, Capital, Treasury & Liquidity, Reputational, and Pension risks.
Support quarterly meetings and process tasks, including:
Support the preparation of materials.
Support action tracking and remediation.
Maintain and improve upon a Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) toolkit.
Maintain and improve upon a Risk ID Team SharePoint site.
Support annual Internal Audit and Regulatory reviews.
