Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Environmental Engineer for our growing Mobile Office to become an integral member of our team along the Gulf Coast. Wood is a global multi - disciplined engineering, environmental, and construction services consulting firm with more than 200 employees in 6 offices throughout the northern Gulf Coast. We are routinely awarded regional and national contracts for work in the government, commercial, industrial, transportation, water, energy, and mining sectors.
Wood’s Environment & Infrastructure Solutions business is comprised of our environmental engineering and consulting business as well as our infrastructure - related service capabilities. This business has an extensive footprint across the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and Latin America to support customers’ needs across the power, government, industrial, mining, transportation, pharmaceutical, water, and oil & gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities: The position will involve environmental compliance, assessment, and remediation including, but not limited to support for water and wastewater permitting and compliance activities, due diligence projects, contamination assessment, remedial design of treatment systems, construction, and operation and maintenance support. This position offers the opportunity to work with a large and diverse team of design engineers to address complex environmental challenges executing the following roles / responsibilities:
