Candidate is expected to have a developed client franchise within the asset class and proven profitability and risk management track record. Strong understanding of CEEMEA market fundamentals, in-depth understanding and articulation of macroeconomics as well as technical factors is a must.
Direct risk taking and market making within CEE Currencies and following instruments: IRS, cross currency swaps, basis swaps, forward rate agreements. Solid understanding and experience in local currency government bond markets and non-linear derivatives is a big plus.
Consistently quoting/pricing products for a variety of client types by voice and on relevant electronic platforms to encourage and maintain liquidity provision across the relevant market segment.
Strong evidence of market risk interaction and strict discipline around established risk parameters.
A proven team player, showing ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders including the regional trading team, research and sales to deliver clients strategies and best in class service amongst the CEEMEA investor base.
Established portfolio of key client relationships with largest players in the relevant product.
Proven track record of actionable trade idea generation and pitching with key clients.
Ability to establish and maintain strong presence amongst various sales teams and proactively promote his/her product.
Actively contribute to team discussions re market developments and views.
Maintain close and constructive dialogue with Strategy and Research.
