Position Summary: The Associate Director of Disability Resources will provide leadership, direction and guidance to promote inclusiveness and support across the MassBay College community for students with disabilities and ensure equal educational access. The Associate Director will manage staff at all locations of the Office of Disability Resources including the Transitional Scholars Program. In addition, the Associate Director will evaluate related program activities, create disability awareness curricula and conduct professional development activities for faculty and staff.
