ResponsibilitiesGeneral Summary: As a member of the Hospital's senior management team, the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will participate in functional decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare clinical matters that could have an impact on the success of the hospital. The CNO will oversee multiple departments within the hospital. This position reports directly to the hospital Chief Executive Officer.

Working Relationships: Works with employees, physicians, all levels of hospital leadership, hospital board of trustees, patients and families, community constituents, and Tower Health executive leadership. Also works with vendors and other business partners.
