The Asante Foundation is seeking for their Director of Development to be responsible for developing and moving major gift relationships that lead to philanthropic support of Asante. In this position, you will be one of 3 leaders reporting to the Executive Director, and responsible for developing and moving donor relationships that lead to philanthropic support of Asante. Asante was created by and for the residents of Southern Oregon and Northern California. We are a locally owned, not-for-profit, comprehensive community health care system serving over 550,000 residents in nine surrounding counties through Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass, and Ashland Community Hospital in Ashland. We are based in Medford, Oregon, and governed by a board of directors comprised of local volunteers and physicians. Board members give their time to ensure that the people of nine southern Oregon and northern California counties receive high-quality healthcare services provided with compassion.
