About The Role Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC Role Type: Full time, permanent role, multiple vacancies. This role can be graded 4.2-4.3 depending on experience.
The OR&C Developer will be part of the Analytics and Validation Portfolio supporting analytical capabilities with Group Compliance function. You will work with the team to ensure that priorities are delivered and contributed toward the creation of cross functional and agile team.
As a team member you will be required to analyze existing information, understand the organizational context and how it aligns with the portfolio's strategic intent, create and manage documents as required by the initiative and effectively communicate the outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in creating advanced analytics modelling to understand and predict customer behaviour
Experience in preparing and combining data using SQL and NoSQL
Technical experience with programming such as Python, C , Java, Akka and statistical packages (R, SAS)
Data Governance, Quality & Control skills and experience. Data test automation capabilities
Process automation, deep system expertise, forensic mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills to translate analysis into insights and present findings. Ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
