Assessment and recruiting of appropriate student-athletes with excellent academic background to an NCAA FCS institution and assist in recommending scholarship for prospective student-athletes.
Scouting and in-season film evaluation and breakdown.
Assist in the organization and planning of all special events.
Assist in fund-raising and development activities and competitive contests
Assist in continued development of positive public relations with alumni and the community.
Work closely with Sports Medicine for the care and prevention of athletic injuries and support the overall drug and alcohol education program for student-athletes.
Attend department meetings.
Performance of all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Athletic Administration and Head Football Coach.
Bachelor’s degree required master’s preferred.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
3+ years of college coaching and prior coordinating experience preferred
Possess knowledge of and abide by NCAA and Patriot League rules and regulations.
