Formulates business strategies and plans to grow overall sales and market share
Coordinates activities and resource utilization with others in the sales organization
Implement and measures all Rockwell Automation market access commercial programs
Analyzes account requirements and develops account penetration plans with the distributor and Rockwell account manager to increase market share.
Resolves market access issues resulting in conflict (i.e. Area Prime Responsibilities violations, etc.)
Takes an active role in coaching distributor personnel and evaluating their competency in the support of Rockwell Automation products and services.
Assures that we have a consistent, high level of distributor capability to support system integrator collaboration
Ensures through familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental).

Develop a strategy with the Distributor to manage Systems Integrator Partners and Strategic Alliances in the Territory
Sales strategy for select key S.I. accounts and potential nomination into a future Recognized SI / SP
Distributor sales deployment account strategy - coverage, responsibility, gaps, etc.
System Integrator account pricing strategy
Focus collaboration with Systems Integrators. Specific focus toward Solution Partners and Recognized System Integrators
Success Planning and follow-up to execution
Creating competency and technology discipline road maps
Collaboration with Rockwell Automation HQ Partner Network leadership
