The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple request for proposals; completes bid analysis with management support. Recommends resources to clients. Leads project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team) providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings. Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders.
Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with management support. Implements standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Other duties as assigned. KM/Support Program Manager I, will s upport activities relating to Knowledge Management Tools & Systems. Business approach and skills should include but not be limited to the following:

Excel in a team environment with minimal management to support DCRE KM Electronic Documentation
Management System (EDMS) administration and support of the Knowledge Mgmt Program Manager.
Be a fast learner towards being a best in class Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Google's EDMS
Tools and assist in providing DCRE Program owners and overall user base with administrative and technical solutions keeping detailed records and providing sharp reports.
Tools include: Google Drive, Windchill, AODocs, Autodesk BIM 360 Docs and other custom solutions.
Support and collaborate on KM system operating bug (tickets), striving for continually highly accurate and timely resolution.
Participate in gathering and presenting statistics on problem resolutions rates
Collaborate and actively contribute to improving the systems and processes of services Google Data Center operations.
Drafting communications for review including emails, newsletters and website updates.
Creating and maintaining program information and documentation including project timelines, detailed schedules, and charts to create an easy to understand reporting style.
Training in the use of KM supported EDMS tools.
Assisting with document migration from system to system including documentation analysis and migration preparation.
Managing and maintaining Windchill access and control permissions.
Managing administration of Partner Domain account for support of Google support vendors.
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, sending calendar updates, assisting with expense reports, etc.
Additional tasks and assignments as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team). Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience. Prior Project Management experience is preferred.
Good hands on operational experience with document control tools and EDMS systems (i.e. SharePoint,
Agile, Windchill, AODocs, Google Drive)
In depth experience with fast moving program support (detail examples needed)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong familiarity with G Suite products gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, etc.) or Microsoft office suite of products.
Proficiency using spreadsheets to manage large amounts of data Have a valid passport and the ability to travel if needed.

Additional Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Life Cycle) methodology
Graphic design skills, experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Ability to support multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Ability to determine what is most important and prioritize tasks based on business impact and needs
Familiarity with data center systems and processes is a plus
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.
