The primary responsibilities for this 9-month tenure track faculty position include teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses, conducting research, student advising, student mentoring and recruitment, curriculum development; conducting scholarly activities; conduct and publish high quality research beneficial to both the academic and professional arenas; and contribute significant service to the university, the government, our profession, and the community; and all other activities required for tenure. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, engaging in accreditation procedures, program assessment and service to the department, College and University as needed.

The Department of Management is one of the five academic departments in the College of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University (NCATSU). Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, NCATSU is a public, doctoral/research, 1890 land-grant university committed to exemplary teaching and learning, scholarly and creative research, and effective disciplinary and community engagement and public service.

The Department of Management offers a BS degree in Management with concentrations in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and International Management. The Department also houses a Master of Business Administration (MBA), The Department of Management has a robust and growing intellectual climate, with 25 permanent faculty members.

Candidates must have a doctorate in Organizational Behavior or a closely related discipline, from an AACSB accredited program by the anticipated time of appointment.
The Candidate must be academically qualified under SACS to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior and human resources management or other general management courses offered by the Department. University teaching experience and related work experience in Organizational Behavior is preferred. Candidates with an awarded Master of Business Administration degree from an AACSB accredited institution are preferred. Candidates with research/teaching interest in teams are preferred.
