Position Summary Responsible for building, supervising and leading a team of Network & Security Services (NSS) / Connected Services consulting resources, building a front log of opportunities for Network & Security Services (NSS) in alignment with the India Business Strategy Review.
The position requirements include execution of the NSS / Connected Services business plan, supporting the development and driving of the NSS / Connected Services front log, ensuring excellent delivery practices, maintaining the consulting team utilization rate, implementing employee development and performance management, providing commercial support, and maintaining a high quality delivery level.
It is expected that 50% of time will be spent on business development / managing the team and other 50% of time will be spent on billable activities.
Key Responsibilities Work with Country and Regional Business Unit and Sales leadership to align and implement the NSS / Connected Services business strategy / develop business plan to meet or exceed annual orders/sales goals Manage the execution of the business plan and ensure the excellent delivery of consulting concepts, practices. Continuously provide market information on PAM, market share, product positioning, commercial positioning and competitor information Ensures goal alignment and collaboration between key stakeholders i.e. Business Unit and Sales, Commercial Marketing and Market Access Teams to drive growth of NSS / Connected Services Ensures collaboration with commercial marketing team to co-create effective marketing programs and initiatives Support local Sales & DI Sales teams in the generation and closure of targeted opportunities by timely communication on information, active participation in joint sales calls, providing strategic insights and subject matter expertise and equipping them with the right competencies in selling the assigned business product portfolio, partnering with Competency team Manage and monitor the financial performance of the NSS / Connected Services portfolio including review forecast and front log and define the growth activities to meet with annual sales targets. Support the sales plan and channel strategies, and assist in developing proposals for delivery to customers. Liaise / support / coach / influence the Channel partner to promote the CSM services and meet the revenue goals Ensure that adequate, trained resources are available to meet the on-going demands in conjunction with the strategic plans and long-term goals. Provide consistent communication/feedback to the region regarding process improvements, customer issues, utilization issues, etc. Undertake billable assignments to maintain efficient personal utilization. Oversee Consultants in execution of their duties. Manage the growth of direct reports via career planning, employee training, and performance evaluations. Identify and develop high potential candidates. Others Any other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
