Saint Louis University School of Medicine, a Catholic, Jesuit Institution dedicated to education, research, service and healthcare, is seeking a board certified Dermatologist/Dermatopathologist for a faculty position in the Department of Dermatology. Rank and tenure will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position will support a mid-level career or recent graduate and will provide an immediate strong clinical practice, with opportunities for both clinical and translational research, within the Department and across the School of Medicine. The Saint Louis University Division of Dermatopathology in the Department of Dermatology has a history that dates back to the formal beginnings of the Department in 1992 and provides pathology services to the Saint Louis area as well as several surrounding states. Our Dermatopathology program offers the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the education and training of future Dermatopathologists. Our practice includes two thriving sites with 14 procedure rooms and access to Saint Louis University Hospital. Dermatopathology faculty will work closely and be supported by 3 full time dermatopathologists, a full time dermatopathology laboratory, 2 full time cosmetic dermatologists and several medical dermatologists. We have a young, dynamic and growing Department, with effective and supportive Faculty mentorship and a strong institutional and community based referral network.
