The Sr. IT Auditor will partner with personnel in Change Healthcare's distinct Business Units (BU’s) to gain an in-depth understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial objectives. In conjunction, the Sr. Auditor will conduct process and technology assessments to provide risk insights and enable responsive action while limiting impact to business operations. Furthermore, the Sr. IT Auditor will provide insights into emerging technology risks, trends, and remediation/mitigation best practices.
Work independently, within a team, or supervise staff to develop and perform audits to assess technology platforms for risk and vulnerabilities. To include discovery, planning, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation activities.
Develop knowledge and expertise in information technology & security and associated risks.
Maintain regular contact with business line management to keep abreast of new issues and initiatives; advise senior management on IT risk management practices.
Evaluate highly-complex information systems and controls within applications, security configurations, networks, and computer and data center operations. Identify and evaluate risks (e.g., technical, financial, operational, compliance) to the organization, make recommendations for corrective actions/mitigation of risks, and partner with internal teams to provide expertise and guidance.

Minimum Requirements At least three years of Relevant experience in audit, information assurance, and/or technology (application security & architecture, system administration, information security, data privacy, network architecture and security, etc.).
Knowledge of applications, databases, and operating systems. Familiarity with Networking, Intrusion Detection, Firewalls, and DNS
Additional knowledge and Skills • Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and supporting solution domains (i.e. claims processing, payments, analytics, etc.); including an understanding of laws, regulations, and frameworks governing the industry (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST, ENAC, PCI) • Experience in data analytics with focus on fraud detection. • Experience in a complex multi-business unit environment • Familiarity with internal audit assessment methodologies, industry practices, and frameworks (COSO, IPPF, etc).
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution; Bachelor Degree, Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree preferred; Business Administration or similar.
Have and maintain at least one applicable certification; including, but not limited to: o Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) o Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) o Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) o Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) o Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
