Are you a mission-driven fundraising professional with a passion for helping youth? We are looking for an experienced fundraising leader to join our team of youth focused professionals to take our fundraising program to the next level.
360 Youth Services is searching for a Fundraising professional with a background in non-profit fundraising and/or sales responsible for advancing 360 Youth Services’ mission by raising funds and building a professional fundraising infrastructure for the future. This includes designing, executing, monitoring and evaluating a comprehensive development plan, marketing initiatives and materials. The Director of Philanthropy assists the CEO in developing and supporting an actively engaged fundraising Board of Directors and Advisory Council and creating world class relationships with corporate/foundation partners and high-net worth individuals. They will position 360 Youth Services as a top nonprofit for the investment of charitable dollars within our community.
Designs, executes, monitors and evaluates a robust fundraising/development plan focused on increasing unrestricted dollars for the mission of 360 Youth Services.
Develops processes and actively engages in identifying, cultivating and soliciting major gift prospects and managing an overall portfolio of more than $1,000,000.
Actively engages the Board of Directors and Advisory Council in support of fundraising efforts.
Oversees marketing and outreach, developing strategic relationships with service groups, community organizations, and corporations focused on identifying additional fundraising partnerships.
Maintains a strong infrastructure including tools, plans, policies, and procedures for the development department. Has experience with donor database management and/or CRM systems (e.g. Raisers Edge, Salesforce, etc.).
Oversees, coordinates, and may prepare proposals for grants from government sources, corporations, and private foundations on an ongoing basis.
Oversees accurate tracking of all gifts and pledges by source and purpose and provides reports on monthly and quarterly basis while maintaining a robust and comprehensive donor recognition program.
Oversees development and oversight of marketing and communications plans aimed at increasing fundraising support and public awareness.
Oversees the development of professional marketing material, including the development of the annual report, written appeals, press releases, newsletters, info-graphics, brochures and other print and web-based content including the execution of large special events.
Ensures relations with media outlets to increase giving, exposure and awareness including press releases.
Represents 360 Youth Services in the community as a fundraising professional.
Serves as a member of the 360 Youth Services Leadership Team.

Successful Fundraising Experience: A successful track record of fundraising success including building and executing a development plan, stewarding and securing major gifts, a strong knowledge of corporate giving culture and professional materials, as well as building a pipeline of new donors.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent. Master’s Degree, CFRE, or equivalent preferred.
4+ years’ experience in the nonprofit sector with a successful background in fundraising and/or sales generating annual donations/revenue of $1M+
Manage a team of 2 fundraising professionals focused on data management, special events and marketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse group of stakeholders required.
Ability to craft messaging to enhance awareness, visibility and community connection to 360 Youth Services’ mission required.
Tangible experience and success in expanding and cultivating donor relationships at all giving levels
