The WRDS Sales/Marketing/User Experience team (S/M/U) seeks to formalize its Businss Operations Management position. The focus of this position is the development and monitoring of rules and processes that underpin a high performing business operation. This position will work cross-functionally within WRDS and in the broader Wharton/UPENN environment on significant operational matters involving SalesForce deployment, AP/AR, Vendor reconciliation and reporting. This position includes the following responsibilities:
Develops, maintains and trains on documentation that support effective use of Sales Force across sales, marketing, and User Experience (S/M/U). Manages the collection of requests for enhancements to reports, functionality, integrations and facilitates WRDS governance meetings for funding and prioritization. Provides daily audit of new invoices and billing support email. Directs and escalates issues within WRDS and across to F&A as required. Provides monthly reports on aging receivables for WRDS/FA and facilitates plans for resolution Creates routines to automate and supports ad hoc reports (e.g., commission) for vendor partners. Provides quarterly reconciliations. Supports requests for ad hoc reports and trains staff to develop skills on self-serve report requests.
