The Sr. Client Strategy Manager is responsible for real estate strategy and business intelligence. The role focuses on technology initiatives, operational excellence, analytics and information management, with the goal of streamlining reporting and developing advanced analytics with Tableau dashboards. The Sr. Client Strategy Manager will also ensure VISA's growth forecasting (headcount and portfolio) matches the annual capital and operating expense plan, and will work with Visa's global teams to effectively manage both the supply and demand for portfolio planning. The Sr. Client Strategy Manager ensures high levels of customer satisfaction for VISA's Global Corporate Real Estate team (GCRE) and multiple lines of business.
The Sr. Client Strategy Manager will oversee and be supported by a Data Intelligence Analyst.
Key Responsibilities Include: Implement CBRE's Vantage platform to bring best in class applications, build a data governance model and develop a robust reporting platform that can produce comprehensive dashboards and reports to capture key metrics across all service lines.
Provide expertise in Portfolio Planning.
Manage development of real estate strategies and site overviews supported by data (economic, demographic, market, headcount, occupancy).
Identify opportunities and frame a business case to support recommendations.
Develop and implement utilization studies to help VISA optimize their real estate footprint and ensure employee satisfaction.
Manage business analytic processes and strategies such as data integration, operational reporting, ad-hoc & analysis, dashboards and data mining exercises.
Provide thought leadership on best practices for strategic portfolio planning, occupancy management and workplace strategy, in context of VISA.
Keep Visa RE leadership apprised of key industry trends and opportunities to participate in CBRE sponsored events (e.g. Institute, Intelligence Series, Training, Round Tables etc.).
Assist with technology and process improvements where relevant (sample projects have included automation of monthly portfolio reporting and oversight of master database development).
Leverage CBRE tools, templates and experience from other CBRE clients with similar portfolios as Visa.
Drive communication, efficiency, and improve analytic capabilities across the portfolio and GCRE.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years strategic business planning and/or management consulting experience preferred.
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to summarize complex analyses at an executive level and make a sound recommendation.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization via graphing proficiency.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, database architecture, and SQL query language is helpful.
Knowledge of and experience with advanced information and reporting software (e.g., Tableau).
Proficiency in applying sound financial principles to drive disciplined fact-based decisions.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, work across functions and influence people at varying levels of an organization.
Ability to be a self-starter; to identify improvement opportunities and manage change with minimal oversight.
