The Citi Community Capital (CCC) Business within Citi's Global Spread Products ("GSP") Municipal Finance Division is seeking an experienced professional to join its Asset and Transaction Management group. The role will be focused on Municipal Investment Banking and will work closely with senior business transactors in order to proactively manage a multi-billion dollar portfolio of assets across multiple GSP business lines. The role will also involve work on tactical and strategic projects which improve the division's transparency, analytics, and productivity.

Support the overall day to day management of Portfolio of Bonds, Loans, Letters of Credit, Securitized Product and Tax Credit Investments across the Municipal Finance business lines
Facilitate the efficient closing of new investment and / or financing transactions by working as a liaison between deal transactors, Controllers, Legal Counsel, Compliance, Operations, External Trustees and Syndicators
Proactively enforce data quality within multiple trading platforms and troubleshoot issues with multiple business affiliate, operations and control groups in order to ensure the accuracy of daily profits and losses
Identify efficiency improvements in all operational and financial aspects of the business and develop solutions for process gaps and other challenges
Participate in longer term project based initiatives for enhancing applications and or supporting newer business initiatives
Candidate is required to have a BA/BS
Experience with Municipal Securities, Corporate Bonds or other Fixed Income products preferred
Excellent MS Excel and quantitative skills are required
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, inquisitive, team and solutions oriented
Experience with Qlikview and dashboard tools a plus
