Equity Capital Markets (ECM) is responsible for originating, structuring and executing equity transactions on behalf of the firm's corporate and financial sponsor clients within the Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory group. Typical transactions include IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles, private placements, and spin-offs. ECM professionals sit at the nexus of Investment Banking coverage and Sales & Trading and lead equity and equity-linked transactions across all industry groups and geographies.
