Since 2010, the APAC team originates, invests and manages a range of investments across the PPP and renewable energy sectors in Australia and New Zealand, having invested in 16 projects in the region to date, and due to their sustained growth, they are currently looking for an Analyst or Associate to join their team, preferably based in Sydney.
The purpose of the role will be to support the origination, investment and management of investments across the infrastructure and renewable sectors by providing financial and commercial input to selected investments and projects. This will involve the individual undertaking detailed financial modelling on the group's investment and valuation requirements, completing internal documentation and analysis on investment opportunities for the investment committee and providing analysis and advice internally on project development, contractual/commercial terms of negotiations, bid strategy and funding structures through to financial close for the transactions the group is looking to undertake. When required, the Analyst/Associate will also provide ad-hoc support to a wide range of business functions including representing the group's interests in negotiations and meetings.
The successful candidate will have approximately 2-5 years' experience within corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure advisory, investment banking or infrastructure investing.
