The Role and Impact: This Business Portfolio Manager will be working closely with the Commercial, Sales Support, Finance and Order Administration teams to ensure smooth processing of all account transactions and that all information in SFDC is accurate. The Business Portfolio Manager will also be providing research and analysis on clients or prospects to support the Commercial Team. This will enable the Commercial Team to not only dedicate more time to being out in the field but also be sufficiently armed with relevant facts and figures when speaking to the clients.

Responsibilities: SFDC (SalesForce.com)
Ensure accuracy of opportunities.
Ensure client information is accurate.
Create and submit quotes/trials for processing according to the Service Attachment.
Provide relevant reports to the Commercial Team.
Manage client and subscription change requests.
Resolve booking and/or fulfillment issues with the relevant teams. Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with the Order Admin team to ensure submitted quotes have been booked and address any issues that prevent booking.
Work with the collections team to resolve delinquent payment issues.
Work with the Finance team to address any invoicing concerns.
Work with the Commercial Team to ensure that client requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Respond to client queries where necessary. Reporting
Enter contract archives and provide any historical contracts when needed.
Provide relevant research and analysis to support the Commercial Team's sales strategy. Training
Coordinate onboarding training for new hires to the Commercial Team.

Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support cum analyst role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English. Be able to read and write in simplified and traditional Chinese.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment to engage effectively with Customers and other functions.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. With strong time management skill and results oriented.
Highly proficient in systems (Zuora, Salesforce, CAPIQ, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
