Direct all activities related to one or more of the following University Registrar functions: academic records management, degree audit, strategic class and space scheduling, data mining and analysis, rules and regulations adherence, curriculum management, completion services, registration, functional systems testing and documentation and/or eligibility and credential verification.
Review and ensure business process efficiency, consistency and compliance in each assigned functional area. Create or revise associated documentation, when necessary.
Guarantee quality assurance in each assigned functional area. Monitor output and mitigate problematic workflow to minimize errors.
Provide investigative and objective support to students, faculty, administrators and staff related to federal, state and University rules and regulations as they apply to each assigned functional area. Respond to special requests and appeals professionally, judiciously and prudently.
Actively participate in the decision-making processes associated with the department budget, staffing, professional development and technology deployment. Proactively and successfully execute other assigned duties.
A relevant Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of (4) four years of experience in educational administration
Strong communication skills, management skills and computer skills including relational database capabilities
Proficiency in academic records procedures
Ability to maintain compliance with University, federal and state rules and regulations
