Our client is the Real Estate Department within one of the world's largest government owned investment funds. The portfolio has a global mandate covering all geographies and sectors.

This is a broad, varied, commercial and challenging role, and will encompass all aspects of management, performance and investor reporting for a large and complex global portfolio.
You will be responsible for the coordination and provision of high-quality departmental management reports that help senior leadership to review and refine the department's strategy and holds the business accountable to deliver on it.
You will also contribute to the design and implementation of new initiatives to deliver fresh insight into the portfolio and the wider global real estate market. Other responsibilities will include portfolio forecasting and analysis, evaluation of performance, benchmarking and management of portfolio budgets.

You will work closely with senior finance and investment professionals and be a trusted advisor to them as they execute their business plans.

You will have circa 7 years plus PQE in a management reporting/analysis/FP&A/Business partnering role and be keen to deepen your knowledge of global real estate.
You will have a curious mind set and will enjoy undertaking analysis of "big data" (significant volumes of complex financial and business information) and finding ways to distil this into understandable and actionable insights.
You will have exceptional influencing and communication skills to allow you to both coordinate with regional finance and investment teams and present information to senior leadership on a regular basis.
A University degree, and relevant accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) are essential, and it is highly likely that you will be currently working for a real estate investment, investment management or real estate PE business.
Proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
