The Role Responsibilities As Senior Manager Research & Client Insights, CB and PvB you will be responsible for working with the business teams supporting these client segments to design, plan and deliver all client research and insight activities which support achievement of business objectives. To succeed in the role, you will have strong segment and product knowledge and ability to leverage this knowledge to create effective research solutions to address key business issues. You will be an effective relationship manager and communicator with strength as a project manager and people leader.
* Design research strategies to bring insight to key business challenges, and which provide brand, client, product, staff and competitor understanding. * Drive the design, development and delivery of the programme of client and staff research studies which provide key business insights. Communicate results so as to inform business strategies and drive improvement actions. * Foster and promote a research and insights mindset and culture in the team * Support the Head of Client Insights CIC, CB, PvB clients in building research infrastructure, ensuring good governance, developing and embedding best practices in the team, helping in the upskilling of junior members of the team and building a strong team culture. As line manager of the analyst team, support all Research Managers in the scheduling of projects, managing analyst loading and overseeing the quality and timeliness of delivery. You will also oversee the development and training of the analysts, motivating them to develop their skills, ensuring coverage during leave and NS and ensuring a balance of skills and expertise in the team so that we can meet business demand. KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL) * CB and PvB Management Teams, Client engagement teams for CB and PvB clients, the Brand & Marketing team, partner functions such as Corporate Affairs. * External - manage the relationships with key research vendors. CONTRIBUTES TO * Overall success of business agendas, success of Group Brand and Marketing unit in delivery of the Group Brand and Business support agendas.
