As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. You will be a dynamic, enthusiastic full stack engineer with at least 5 years of experience. You are currently accountable for the technical design and architecture decisions within your team, collaborating across architecture boundaries and influencing product and engineering stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will work with us to evolve the Sales Desktop and collaborate globally to deliver new ways of working to salespeople. You'll look for opportunities to reduce the manual steps salespeople take and connect the disparate parts of their workflow through event-driven interop between applications. You'll be comfortable working with client and server side technologies and have worked extensively with .NET C# and front end web technologies. You will take the lead on design discussions for the overall sales desktop experience and manage a roadmap that is thoughtful to the user journey and emerging strategies from the applications within the desktop.
