The GSGS Manila Client Service Leader is to be a leader for the client service teams based in Manila. The role will report to the Head of GSGS client service (based in Vilnius, Lithuania) and will work in close coordination with the Head of Operations of Citco Governance Services.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
Represent Citco in the kick off and steering committees meetings with the clients;
Be known to these clients as the key point of escalation for them in ensuring service quality/solving client service issues;
Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met and that business risks are identified and managed;
Visit the largest of these clients regularly, depending on importance and needs.
Lead the Managers of Client Service Teams and coordinate all activities to deliver GSGS services;
Plan department resources in line with business demands, lead, coach, develop and appraise teams' managers;
Ensure that the team structure, allocation of clients and motivation of employees is optimized;
Be responsible for proposals for staff promotions, changes of responsibility, removal of poor performers.
Review and sign off on the work performed by the teams, and make recommendations in improving existing procedures as well as performance.
Provide regular and proactive feedback on service delivery to the GSGS management team.
Ensure implementation of Line of Business policies and procedures including training programmes.
Propose and implement measures to improve commercial performance of the operations;
Ensure that the necessary procedures are in place to, inter alia, increase the scope of services provided to existing clients, maximise billing opportunities, monitor the collection of debt.
Have a minimum 10 years experience in management and delivery of professional services;
Have worked with clients from across various regions and industries;
Experience with Big 4 (or similar) accounting firms or an international law firm an advantage;
Law degree or accounting qualification;
Flexible and well adept in dealing with various levels of Management;
Knowledgeable in operations accounting;
Advanced knowledge of projects management methodologies;
Good mentorship skills;
Willing to be permanently based in Manila, Philippines.
