Under limited supervision, responsible for consulting with business units and/or Lines of Business to identify learning needs and provide appropriate solutions by designing, developing, and administering a variety of Learning and Development programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, creates, and administers Learning and Development (L&D) training programs in three key areas; Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, or Learning Platform Operations.
Coordinates with department for collaboration to ensure effective outcomes.
Consults with business unit or LOB partners to identify learning and development needs and makes recommendations of appropriate solutions that meet business demands.
Plans and executes team projects requiring analysis of factors that impact the administration of learning programs across multiple organizational units.
May develop and update training materials, programs, curriculums and collections within the LMS as needed. May facilitate these updates as needed.
Manages communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates within the department.
Assures through audits, analysis and reports, that all new content creation and learning programs are consistently administered in compliance with LMS governance guidelines.
Uses the learning dashboard for training analytics and standard learning metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness that help drive team initiatives.
Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed.
Recommends appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.
Researches learning industry trends, methodologies, and best practices and integrates those into professional practice.
Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants and trainers.
Creates evaluation and measurements tools (i.e. test pilots, annual impact surveys, etc.) for platform offerings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field required.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience.
Knowledge or experience with Pr operty Management preferred.
