Reporting to the Executive Director, Development Operations, the Associate Director assists in managing all aspects of Development Operations including both gifts processing management and records management. This position will also assist and serve as auxiliary support to the Executive Director for the transferring of funds via wire, stock and appreciated assets as donations to the College. Participation with special projects including the college-wide duplicate record identification and resolution project will be assigned on an ongoing basis.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
3-5 years of fundraising and database management experience
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
