Position Summary: The Biller IV Medi-Cal Rep is the advanced level in this series and capable of working with the most complex accounts and transactions within Patient Financial Services. Serves as a resource to other staff dealing with difficult accounts and needing help with troubleshooting. The Biller IV Medi-Cal Rep will respond to questions from payers and others regarding the status of accounts. Will need to have experience with government programs collections and billing such as; MSI, Medi-Cal, CalOptima, and other Managed Medi-Cal payers. Will run reports and be knowledgeable with computer programs.
