We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Governance, Planning and Control .
Establish proper governance together with business, products and channels to ensure a proper review process is in placed, ensure impact analysis to contact centre is duly completed and sufficient resources are in placed before implementing new initiatives or issuing new customer communication to uphold the service quality
Plan and prioritise work appropriately considering importance, urgency, customer and business impact
Formulate action plans to uplift the customer experience tracker score and drive follow up actions. Work in collaboration with service owners and product partners for remedial action and long term improvement in services performance and quality
Implementation recommendations made by internal,external auditors and external regulators in a timely manner
Analyse and understand the impact of contact centre operations to the business model so as to define and oversee corresponding business continuity plans
Work with first and second line of defence to ensure contact centre operations are adhere to internal control standards and group compliance policy
University graduate with a degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
Seasoned banking experience with commercial banking knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong project management and stakeholders management skills.
Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and to support teamwork.
Strong analytical skills, attentive to details and innovative
Professional verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills
