Budget Title: Postdoctoral Associate (SL-1)
The Department of Biology at Binghamton University is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to take part in the design, implementation and evaluation of a professional development program to transform STEM education at the departmental and organizational level. The successful candidate will have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and program evaluation with special consideration given for experience with communities of practice/transformation and/or improvement science. The position will be a two-year term with potential for continuation pending acquisition of external funding. Duties will include consulting on program design elements, aiding in data collection, acquisition, dissemination and grant writing.

Ph.D. in STEM education or a related field
Experience with the implementation or evaluation of programs focused on STEM education reform
Post-secondary faculty professional development or institutional/organizational change is preferred
