ASRC Federal is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator in support of our Intel division at our office located in Columbia, MD.
Support contract administration activities in support of ASRC's IS&T Operating Division. Responsibilities include compliance with contracts policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards to facilitate effective implementation within program objectives and requirements. Counsel and serve as a resource on all matters of a contractual nature for the Division. Negotiate favorable agreements to include NDAs, TAs, and contracts. Analyze and resolve OCI issues, participate in the preparation, review, and submittal of proposals and development of bid strategies. Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to include Operations, Program Control, Pricing, BD/Capture, Procurement, HR, Subcontracts, Contracting Officers and CORs is critical.

BS/BA with 5 to 8 years of related experience, or equivalent
Experience with all forms of government solicitations (RFP, RFQ, and other forms) and managing all forms of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T&M, and ID/IQ contracts) including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS, and preparing Cost and Business Management proposals
Understanding of OCI issues and mitigation/avoidance strategies
Ability to summarize/synopsize contract analysis during contract performance for management consideration
Experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), etc.
Experience coordinating and working with Procurement personnel regarding subcontracting to achieve proposal and program success
Knowledge of Small Business and 8(a) practices and policies
Proficient in MS, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook with an emphasis with Excel
Experience with GovWin preferred
Experience with MPO is a plus
Active participation with NCMA is a plus
Current active Secret clearance required (TS and or TS/SCI preferred and the ability to obtain a full scope poly)
