This is a non-tenure track full time two-year appointment to teach operations management, management science and similar courses. The maximum teaching load is four courses per semester. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: teaching face-to-face and/or online operations management and management science courses, attending training sessions with business faculty, participating in data collection and assessment of student learning, and submitting teaching materials as part of semester review.

The Department of Management is one of the five academic departments in the College of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University (NCATSU). The Department of Management offers a BS degree in Management with concentrations in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and International Management. The Department also houses a Master of Business Administration (MBA), The Department of Management has a robust and growing intellectual climate, with 25 permanent faculty members.

Candidates must have a doctorate at the time of appointment in Operations Management or a closely related discipline, from an AACSB accredited program. The candidate must be academically qualified under SAC to teach undergraduate management science, operations management, and similar courses.
Candidates with 1-3 years teaching experience at the University or Community College level is preferred.
