Position Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Administrator (RNA) for a facility located in Indio, CA. In this position you will be responsible for the planning, developing, organizing and maintaining of the activities within a recovery focused residential program. You will provide overall program leadership, develop and maintain quality educational and support services, support the senior management team and adhere to all contract requirements. Administering the plan for the program at this facility; ensuring all contract expectations are met and monitoring budgetary activities.
Program billing; act as a liaison between the funder and RI to ensure continuity of financial data.
Implementing evaluation tools that track progress towards program goals.
Overseeing the activities of subordinate staff.
Ensuring adherence to applicable government licensing, and funder guidelines.
Providing a safe and nurturing environment with an emphasis on respect, diversity, acceptance and compassion.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff and program participants.
Implementing and ensuring the ongoing quality of training modules on a continuous basis.
Providing orientation and ongoing training to both staff and participants.
Ensuring that staff is maintaining employment related credentials and meeting relevant requirements.
Supporting clinical team in screening potential residents; providing referrals to other agencies as needed.
Contributing and participating in continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
Developing policies and procedures related to referrals and ensuring the best possible levels of customer satisfaction.
Developing and maintaining positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies.
Maintaining and observing all HIPAA regulations that apply.
Providing timely and accurate documentation in accordance with all program standards.
Developing collaborative relationships with staff and community partners.
At least two years of direct supervisory/managerial experience in a clinical setting.
Currently have an active RN license.
Ability to become an Certified Adult Residential Facility Administrator.
Passion for working with those who suffer from mental health issues who are in a positive recovery program.
