Oversee development, training, planning, budgeting, and implementation of all Bethel Student Government (BSG) programs; Share in supervision of student President & Vice President of BSG positions; Provide primary supervision of Executive Directors across all BSG branches; provide primary supervision of Director positions and all student Member positions.
Oversight of student programming and related spaces in the Brushaber Commons, including management and facilitation of Commons Tables processes, as well as the development and implementation of programming and operation structure for facilities; Hire, train and supervise student Loft Receptionists team. Assist in managing and overseeing Campus Engagement Rentals process.
Share responsibilities with Campus Engagement team responsibilities including, Welcome Week programming, Campus Engagement programming & events, Underground, and Brushaber Commons.
Share responsibilities with Student Life Deans for mentoring, discipline, and assisting students with personal and education related issues; educational programming; and student leadership development which includes meals with students.
Perform essential administrative tasks: documentation, accurate record keeping, confidentiality, writing annual goals and reports, and budgeting.
Co-Advise the campus newspaper by taking administrative and budgetary responsibility and serving as the supervisor of record for all students receiving Clarion stipends; provide training and supervision to Clarion Business and Advertising Manager and Sales Representatives; work with local businesses to develop advertising relationships for the Clarion.
