Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible for navigating the data and turning it into actionable and insightful information. The analyst performs business case analysis, which measures or quantifies the impact and effectiveness of specific programs and performance. The analyst works directly with department leaders; provide support in the development, analysis and interpretation of complex data sources.
Rate Minimum $22.70 Midpoint $30.05 Maximum $37.40
Required Qualifications:Ability to assess organizational needs, develop training and organizational development interventions and assess outcome of those interventions.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystemAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadAbility to read, and understand accounts payable policies and apply to payments/reimbursementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, PowerPoint, WordDemonstrated knowledge of accounts payable practices and applicable federal, state and/or local government regulationsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishGeneral Knowledge of Accounting/Finance, Journal Entry, and AuditingMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobMust possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesStrong knowledge of medical center related accounts payable systems and procedures and input/output impact on payments/reimbursements
Preferred Qualifications: Five year's experience in Medical Center Accounts PayableKnowledge of UCI policies and procedures
