The University of Virginia is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to join our team. The Workday Analyst is a vital role designed to provide best in class service to an assigned Workday functional module. This job is responsible for front-line product management and support. Through in-depth HR knowledge and experience, the Workday Analyst provides guidance to clients, which includes gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing business cases and testing business process changes within the assigned functional module(s). The Workday Analyst fields product-specific questions from clients, troubleshoots and resolves problems and represents client needs during Workday Governance Committee meetings.
