Our New York City office is looking for a VP or Associate to join the Loan Solutions team. Our loans solutions team works with clients in respect to the acquisition, disposal, financing and/or risk management of loan portfolios across all asset classes. We originate, structure and execute transactions for clients. The team is expanding on a global basis and seeking to bring on additional talent to support this growth.
· Experienced in structured finance - with strong technical & modelling skills. Ability to model asset & liability cash flows required in respect of asset backed transactions required. · Knowledge of one of more asset classes required (e.g. residential, consumer, Corporate, CRE, transportation) · Strong client and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing complex transaction processes · Entrepreneurial skills and appetite to develop new business in a fast growing team · Good understanding of FIG corporate finance, financial regulation & accounting preferred. · 3-6+ years of experience within financial sector
