Develop and implement a comprehensive program for compliance and safety at Barnard College. The incumbent will work to efficiently identify and resolve compliance matters, while continually improving occupational safety across the college. Extensive collaboration is necessary with public safety, capital projects, facilities operations, real estate, events management, and others throughout the college, as well as with Environmental Health & Safety (i.e. laboratory safety) colleagues at Columbia University.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and expertise.
5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, hazardous materials management, regulatory compliance management, occupational safety and health, or similarly relevant areas.
