Working Title: Records Information Systems Manager - Associate Administrative Program Specialist

The University of Wisconsin – River Falls Registrar's Office mission is to support the enrollment management efforts and the academic programs at UW-River Falls. This position has the responsibility for the operational and functional processes related to the student record. They would be assisting in supporting our Student Information System (SIS) while working closely with the Division of Technology Services to deliver services to the students and faculty/staff. This position would work closely with the Registrar to provide data on enrollment, class offerings, and credits to degree for our campus partners so that data decisions can be made. They would also lead our efforts in process improvement with our student success system and our business process automation system, which would lead to improved services to students and faculty/staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Earned Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of one year of professional experience related to position responsibilities to deliver student centered services
Understanding of data integration, relational databases, and systems (examples would include student information systems, PeopleSoft, Banner, Jenzaber, u.Achieve, etc.)
Ability to work as a team and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues
Experience working in records and registration in a higher education setting
Proficiency with developing queries using SQL
Knowledge of FERPA regulations as related to student records
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
