Senior Living Organization. Is seeking a full time Vice President/CFO to provide executive financial leadership. Reporting to the President, duties include but are not limited to:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the financial affairs of the organization
Supervise and direct the activities of the finance department using generally accepted accounting principles
Establish and maintain financial objectives and policies
Make recommendations to the Board, CEO and executive team
Develop and maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for all accounting personnel.
Develop and produce monthly and year-end financial statements, annual budgets, and cash flow.
Maintain a working relationship with all department directors and assist them in developing, interpreting and using financial data as appropriate.
Interpret and present the facility's accounting policies and procedures to employees, residents and family, members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary.
Attend board and committee meetings of the governing board as required.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and any relevant regulations.
Responsible for audit, tax and reimbursement requirements and filing
