The person identified will participate in the oversight of the full Risk Management lifecycle of Outsourced Services and be the initial point of contact for internal staff regarding Third Party Risk Management of Suppliers and Service Providers. The successful candidate will also maintain the Branch's Relationship Inventory, perform Risk Assessment Summations, provide day-to-day advice and support on Third Party Provider and outsourcing Risk Management (including advice on the Bank's policies and applicable regulations) and undertake interaction with colleagues across the Bank to ensure correct adherence to Third Party identification, Risk Assessment process and Outsourcing Governance and Controls.
Applicants must offer similar experience in Banking or Financial Services organisations in roles specifically related to Third Party and Outsourcing Risk Management. Must demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory requirements for managing Third Party and Outsourcing Risk in a Financial Service organisation, including a working knowledge of outsourcing regulations. Must understand and have a good knowledge of internal controls and risk management, along with excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to effectively interact with team members and bank wide stakeholders, across all levels, earning their trust and establishing credibility.
